Processing Time
Order Processing: 1-3 business days
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (UK)
Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)
- Cost: £2.80
- Free shipping on orders over £50
International Shipping
Europe (5-10 business days)
- Cost: £12.99
- Free shipping on orders over £75
Rest of World (7-21 business days)
- Cost: £19.99
- Free shipping on orders over £100
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
- Countries under international sanctions
- Remote or military addresses (some restrictions apply)
- P.O. Boxes for certain products

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at Cynan@yrarddfadarch.cymru with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and family members
- Look around your delivery area (porches, garages, etc.)
- Contact us if you still cannot locate your package
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Madarch Cymru is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address change is needed after an order is placed, please contact us immediately at Cynan@yrarddfadarch.cymru.
Delivery Attempts
If you're not available to receive your package:
- Most carriers will leave the package in a safe location
- Some carriers may leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery
- Packages may be held at a local facility for pickup
Contact your carrier directly if you need to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Special Handling
Perishable Items: Special care is taken with temperature-sensitive products. These items ship with appropriate packaging and expedited delivery methods.
Large or Heavy Items: Some products may require special delivery arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended. We will post any delays or cutoff dates for holiday delivery on our website and social media channels.
